About preparation for annual general meetings of shareholders in 2019
The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan is taking steps to prepare for the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2019. Based on the proposals of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, lists of candidates of state representatives for election and / or appointment to the management and control bodies of joint stock companies, whose shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and (or) in relation to which a decision was made on the use of a special right (“golden share”) for the period 2019-2020 are formed.
Formed lists of candidates for representatives of the state for 2019-2020 should be reviewed and approved by the Interdepartmental Commission for work with representatives of the state in the management and control bodies of economic societies and partnerships established in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of December 15, 2001 № 895. The next meeting of this Commission will be held in November 2018.
