Training for representatives of the Public Councils
On behalf of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, ANO "Academy of Social Education" and the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, training for representatives of the Public Councils of the republic's authorities was conducted. The theme of the program is the implementation of public control by civil society institutions in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The curator of the program from the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan was a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, head of the Center for Public Control in the field of state and municipal government Arthur Mustaev.
The students familiarized themselves with the mechanisms for the implementation of public control tools in the field of state and municipal procurement, the activities of government bodies and organizations at various levels, and the organization of interaction in this area.
The third module of training ended with a lively discussion during the round table and the presentation of advanced training documents. Among the listeners who received the document is the executive director of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, a member of the Public Council Oleg Bulgakov. During the discussion, he proposed to develop mechanisms for interaction with the councils of the executive committees of municipalities, where the center for making management decisions in the field of land and property relations with the participation of municipal property shifted.
