About a meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on work with representatives of the state in management and supervisory bodies of economic societies and associations
On November 21, 2018 the regular meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on work with representatives of the state in management and supervisory bodies of economic societies and associations took place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Diyarov.
Representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, Association of the enterprises and industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan, Svyazyinvestneftekhim JSC, Ak Bars Holding Company JSC participated in the meeting.
Tesults of activity of representatives of the state in 2018 were summed up and tasks for 2019 are defined within work of the Commission.
The candidacy of representatives of the state and independent directors, for appointment and their promotion in management and supervisory bodies of joint-stock companies which actions are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and concerning which the special right ("gold share"), acts on the annual general shareholder meetings in 2019 are also considered and approved at the meeting. In total it is planned to nominate 141 state representatives and 17 independent directors in 82 joint-stock companies.
