The meeting of the commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on consideration of financial and economic activity of the state unitary enterprises and joint-stock companies with shares of the Republic of Tatarstan more than 50% in authorized capital took place
On December 10, 2018 the meeting of the commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on control of safety of the state property transferred to the economic jurisdiction of the state unitary enterprises and authorized capitals of joint-stock companies which actions are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan took place under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Diyarov with participation of representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republican agency on the press and mass communications of Tatmedia .
Financial and economic activity of the following enterprises and organizations is considered at the meeting: SUE Tatarstan Center of Scientific and Technical Information of the Republic of Tatarstan, SUE Tatar Book Publishing House, JSC KAI-LAZER, JSC Information and Publishing Center, JSC Management of Capital Construction of Engineering Networks and Development of Energy Saving Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The commission considered the reasons of unprofitability of activity of data of the enterprises and joint-stock companies and recommendations about improvement of indicators of financial and economic activity are made.
Following the results of the meeting the decision on continuation of control of financial and economic activity of data of the enterprises and joint-stock companies is made. In case of deterioration in a situation financial and economic activity of the specified organizations will be considered in addition.
