Results of a meeting of Committee on Education and to professional development of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan
The number of questions, significant for improvement of quality of appraisal and training of appraisal activity was discussed at the regular meeting of Committee on Education and to professional development of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Tanzilya Udod and Lyaylya Idiyatullina, opening a meeting, presented to participants the draft of the Provision on an interuniversity competition for the best student's final qualification work on the appraisal Activity direction. The project assumes two-stage appraisal of final works as the interuniversity contest committee by the following criteria: adaptability and applicability in practice of appraisal, compliance to the existing regulations, the theory and practice of appraisal activity, originality of statement of a scientific problem / scientific novelty, quality of work with legal information and primary sources, attraction of all available methodical literature on a problem, logicality of structuring and statement of material, validity and substantiality of conclusions, execution of explanatory notes, quality of the text. The interuniversity contest committee is formed of representatives of Committee on Education and to professional development and the organizations sponsors, members of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, other representatives on representation of Committee on Education and professional development of NP. Following the results of a competition the contest committee, besides a reward, can recommend students for receipt in a magistracy postgraduate study on the corresponding specialty and also for passing of a training with opportunity for employment in the leading Russian companies.
To innovation in programs of professional retraining in estimated activity, requirements to theses, division into the directions and training with further obtaining diplomas in the directions of qualification certificates were presented by the Chairman of the Committee Tanzilya Udod.
Also questions of activity of the newly established Government Commission on coordination of judicial and expert activities, preparation of explanations for compliance of the report on assessment to the qualification certificate, holding educational seminars in 2019 were considered.
Representatives of appraisal department of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, higher education institutions (KFU, KGASU, KIU-IEUP, TISBI) and the appraisal organizations — members of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the meeting.
