The question on accounting of hydraulic engineering constructions in municipal districts is considered

On January 17, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on eliminating discrepancies in information on hydraulic structures in the municipalities of the republic with a database of Federal service for ecological, technological and nuclear supervision and Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, in which the hydraulic structures are under the control of public safety. Representatives of the Volga Department of Federal service for ecological, technological and nuclear supervision, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan and a number of municipalities took part in the discussion of this issue.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, there are more than 800 hydraulic structures, including 705 owned by municipalities. The Republic is a region where the passage of the spring flood can have serious consequences for the population and economic facilities. During the flood period there are significant risks to the safety of life, the health of citizens and their property, therefore water bodies require careful attention, especially in the spring, to prevent flooding of adjacent settlements, objects and other material values in dangerous areas.

The meeting reviewed the work with the hydraulic structures in Sabinsky and Sarmanovsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It was noted that the owners of the hydraulic structures should maintain constant monitoring of the state and operation of hydraulic structures, paying particular attention to structures that are in emergency and pre-emergency condition. Also streamline the accounting of the hydraulic structures of all forms of ownership for further work with the owners (users) on their content.
