The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan considered the issue of organizing the sale of a cultural heritage object of regional significance at public auction
One of the priorities of state authorities is the state protection of such an irreplaceable resource as objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments).
In this regard, on January 17, 2019, the meeting with the participation of Chairman of the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for the protection of cultural heritage objects Ivan Guschin on the issue of organizing the sale of public cultural objects of regional significance to the public auction , 1841-1844. , «The object of cultural heritage «House of V.I.Shetinkina, beginning of the 19th century, rebuilt in 1856-1857» , located at the address: Kazan, Bauman st., 32 and d. 34 and land plots seized by the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out work on the development of a draft decree of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan approving the procedure for holding public auctions for the sale of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments seized by court decision) which after coordination with Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of cultural heritage, will be sent to the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting also considered the issue of preparing design estimates for the restoration work on the preservation of cultural heritage sites.
