Heads of organizations on updating the State property register of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019
In pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of August 30, 2014 No. 628 «On Approval of the Regulations on the state property register of the Republic of Tatarstan», the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan annually updates the State property register of the Republic of Tatarstan. Legal entities possessing state property of the Republic of Tatarstan on various rights should submit to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan information about the composition of the property in accordance with clause 2.3 of the above Regulations on the State property register of the Republic of Tatarstan in the format of the corresponding software product.

Accounting documents can be sent to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan through the Interdepartmental electronic document management system (hereinafter - IEDMS) together with an electronic file (in xml format) containing information prepared in a software product and scanned documents specified in paragraph 2.3 of the above Provision.
If the organization is not connected to the IEDMS, accounting materials can be sent by mail or submitted on purpose with a flash card containing the information prepared in the software product.
