Non-tax revenues from the use and sale of municipal property and land plots owned by municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, according to the results of 2018, amounted to 5,023.8 million rubles

According to local authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, according to the results of 2018, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of municipal property and land plots owned by municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, received by the local budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan, amounted to 5,023.8 million rubles. In the Republic of Tatarstan as a whole, the budget assignment to local budgets was fulfilled by 111%, while the fulfillment of the annual budget assignment was not achieved in two municipal districts of the republic: Kamsko-Ustyinsky (the budget assignment was fulfilled by 79.2%) and Tukayevsky ,97.9%).

In the context of the articles the local budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan on December 31, 2018 received:

from the lease of property - 302.8 million rubles - the plan is fulfilled by 108.3%;

dividends - 25.7 million rubles - the plan is fulfilled by 100.5%;

part of the net profit of municipal unitary enterprises - 22.6 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 119.6%;

from the lease of land plots - 2 471.3 million rubles - the plan has been fulfilled by 104%;

from servitude - 2.6 million rubles - the plan is fulfilled by 105.9%;

1.4 million rubles from trust management - the plan is fulfilled by 101%;

from the sale of property - 379 million rubles - the plan is fulfilled by 120.1%;

from the sale of land plots - 784.3 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 140.4%;

other income from the use of property - 1,034.0 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 109%.
