Non-tax revenues from the use and sale of municipal property and land plots owned by municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in January 2019 amounted to 302.7 million rubles

According to the local authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, according to the results of January 2019, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of municipal property and land plots owned by municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, received by the local budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan, amounted to 302.7 million rubles. In general, in the Republic of Tatarstan, the budget assignment for the local budgets for 2019 is set at 3,816.3 million rubles.

In the context of the articles in the local budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan for February 1, 2019 received:

from rental property - 18.0 million rubles;

from the lease of land plots - 179.9 million rubles;

from trust management - 0.1 million rubles;

from the sale of property - 60.2 million rubles;

from the sale of land plots - 31.5 million rubles;

other income from the use of property - 13.0 million rubles
