The history of our republic is inextricably linked with the definition of the national statehood of the peoples of the former Russian empire after the October Revolution of 1917.
On June 25, 1920, the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (TASSR, Tataria) was formed within the RSFSR. Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic existed until 1990. On August 30, 1990, Tataria was transformed into the Tatar Soviet Socialist Republic, and from May 16, 1992, it is called the Republic of Tatarstan.
June 25, 2020 will mark the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar ASSR. As part of the implementation of the Republican Action Plan for the preparation and conduct of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar ASSR, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter - the Ministry) provides annual preparation of departmental action plans and submits them to higher authorities.
The Ministry continues to strive for sustainable efficiency in the use of state property and increasing the profitability of property and land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments.
Meetings are held annually with labor veterans of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, who are actively involved in the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On August 30, the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan hosts exhibitions of drawings by children of employees, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, among them: “Tatarstan is my homeland”, “Tatarstan is our common home”.
On December 27, 2018, a quiz titled “How well we know the Republic of Tatarstan” was held at the New Year’s gala event.
In April 2019, a photo stand “Flourish, our native Tatarstan” was decorated in the lobby of the administrative building of the Ministry.
