On posting the results of processing the list of real estate objects subject to state cadastral appraisal
In accordance with the decree of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan of September 26, 2018 No. 3137-p, the state cadastral appraisal of the lands of the water fund, the forest fund, the lands of specially protected territories and objects is carried out in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. Currently, the works on processing the list of real estate objects subject to state cadastral valuation have been completed.
According to clause 9 of Article 13 of the Federal Law July 7, 2016 No. 237-FZ “On State Cadastral appraisal”, the results of processing this list are located in the section “Results of State Cadastral appraisal” - subsection “Conducting State Cadastral appraisal” - subsection “Results of List Processing” subsection “State and local treasury of lands of water and forest funds, specially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
