The representative of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the round table "Fair competition in valuation activity"

On the site of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, on June 6 of this year, the assessment community of the republic, consolidated in the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with the heads of relevant authorities - the antimonopoly service, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The round table "Fair competition in valuation activity" affected not only the interests of appraisers, but also the business community, the problems of government appraisal customers. Participants noted that the quality and reliability of the assessment significantly affect the legitimacy of transactions, including with state and municipal property. During the meeting, issues related to attracting appraisers, participation in tenders, placing false advertising, unfair competition were discussed.

     Andrei Rosenthal, Deputy Head of the Tatarstan Department of Antimonopoly Service in the Republic of Tatarstan and Almaz Yafizov, Head of the Procurement Control Department, answered the questions from the appraisers and suggested the implementation of a number of possible competition measures.

Sergey Dolgov, Deputy Head of the Competition and Entrepreneurship Development Analysis Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the practice of introducing the Competition Development Standard in the Republic of Tatarstan. He invited participants to get involved in shaping the monitoring of the competitive environment on the ministry's website, outlined the possibilities for including indicators of appraisal activity in federal trends.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented by the head of the evaluation department Larisa Shvetsova. The ministry historically closely interacts with appraisers, provides both direct transactions with republican property, and methodological guidance in the field of land and property relations. The moderators of the Round Table, Andrey Lisichkin, President of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan and Artur Nikolaev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, summed up the meeting and instructed the executive directorate to summarize the proposals received for further dialogue with the authorities.
