Auction for the sale of agricultural land plots scheduled for June 17, 2019 has been declared invalid
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (State Budgetary Institution “Republican Property Treasury” - organizer of tenders) informs that the auction for the sale of land plots with a total area of 25 hectares, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Pestrechinsky municipal district, Kryash-Serdinskoye rural settlement, from agricultural land, permitted use: for agricultural production, forcibly seized, declared invalid due to the lack of applications for participation in auction.
In accordance with paragraph 14 of article 6 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2002 No. 101-FZ “On the turnover of agricultural land”, the third auction will be announced in the near future for the sale of these areas. The initial sale price of the plots through a public offer will be set at the amount of the initial price of the repeated sale. The sale price of the plot may not be lower than 50 percent of the initial price of the repeated sale.
