Changes are being made to the legislation of the Russian Federation aimed at improving the efficiency of carrying out complex cadastral works.
On June 17, 2019, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, signed the Federal Law “On Amendments to the Federal Law“ On Cadastral Activity ”and the Federal Law“ On State Registration of Real Estate ”.
Federal law makes amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation aimed at increasing the efficiency of carrying out complex cadastral works.
In particular, the order of actions of the contractor of the complex cadastral works in case of identifying real estate objects, information about which is not available in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, specifies the specifics of carrying out complex cadastral works for certain types of real estate objects and establishes the procedure for submitting documents to the contractor of complex cadastral works by interested parties.
Also, state bodies and local governments that are customers of complex cadastral works are entitled to receive free of charge documentation previously stored in bodies and organizations of state technical accounting and (or) technical inventory.
To bring the federal laws "On cadastral activities" and "On state registration of real estate" in accordance with the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the possibility of carrying out complex cadastral works without an approved draft of land surveying is provided for.
