The XXI Congress of the Federal Union of Inventories of Russia was held in Kazan
July 4, 2019, a congress of the Federal Union of Inventories of Russia was held in Kazan. The event was attended by representatives of the state budgetary institution “Center for State Cadastral Evaluation”, subordinated to the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads and representatives of organizations from 23 regions of Russia.
At the congress, topical issues of organizations in the field of technical inventory, cadastral activities, forms of interaction with authorities and others were discussed. One of the main topics of the congress was to discuss the organization of state cadastral valuation, since in many constituent entities of the Russian Federation these functions are assigned to state budgetary institutions, combining technical inventory and cadastral valuation.
The main attention was paid to coordinating the interaction of technical inventory and cadastral valuation organizations, forming a unified position on regulating technical inventory and cadastral valuation activities, as well as developing principles of interaction with federal state authorities in order to improve legislation in this area.
