Work on updating the State Property Register of the Republic of Tatarstan continues
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues the work on updating the State Property Register of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of August 30, 2014 No. 628 “On Approval of the Regulations on the State Property Register of the Republic of Tatarstan”. According to clause 4 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of August 30, 2014 No. 628, legal entities owning various rights to state-owned property of the Republic of Tatarstan, in case of changes in information on the composition of the property, within 30 days from the date of the decision to dispose of property must submit to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan accounting documents provided for by the Regulations in the format of the corresponding software product.
This software, as well as methodological recommendations for its installation and filling can be obtained in the subsection "Information on the inclusion of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the State Property Register of the Republic of Tatarstan" in the "Reference information" section.
Accounting documents can be sent to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan through the Interdepartmental Electronic Document Management System (hereinafter - IEDMS) together with an electronic file (in xml format) containing information prepared in the software product and scanned documents specified in paragraph 2.3 of the above Provision.
In case the organization is not connected to the IEDMS, accounting materials can be sent by mail or submitted on purpose with a flash card containing information prepared in the software product.
