The meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the review of the financial and economic activities of the State Unitary Enterprise and JSC with a share of the Republic of Tatarstan of more than 50% in the authorized capital

On August 16, 2019, , the meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Diyarov with the participation of a representative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on monitoring the safety of state property transferred to the economic management of state unitary enterprises and the authorized capital of joint stock companies whose shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan was held.

The meeting examined the financial and economic activities of the following enterprises and organizations: State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan “Center for the Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan”, JSC “KAI-LASER”, JSC “Center for Digital Technologies”, JSC “RtsiKhimTekh”, JSC “Center for Prototyping and Implementation of Domestic Robotics”.

The Commission considered the reasons for the loss-making activities of these enterprises and joint stock companies and made recommendations for improving the indicators of financial and economic activity.

Following the meeting, a decision was made to continue to monitor financial and economic activities of these enterprises and joint stock companies. If the situation worsens, the financial and economic activities of these organizations will be considered additionally.
