The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a meeting today on the development of a procedure for determining the amount of rent for land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, and land, state ownership of which is not delimited. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, a representative of the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs, the State Budgetary Institution “Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
The meeting discussed the proposals of the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan to the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Amending the Regulation on the procedure for determining the amount of rent for land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and the state property for which is not demarcated, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 09.02.1995 No. 74 “About land rent. ”
A number of comments were taken into account and following the meeting it was decided to send the Project for interagency coordination, as well as repeat the procedure for assessing the regulatory impact of the Project.
