On September 24, 2019, the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated 04.06.2019 No. 318 “On approval of the procedure for considering the declaration on the characteristics of the property, including its form” was published.
The procedure for filling out a declaration has been simplified and the review period has been extended to 50 work days.
Also, clause 2 of this order is recognized as null and void order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated December 27, 2016 No. 846, in accordance with which the State Budgetary Institution "Center of state cadastral valuation" considers declarations on the characteristics of the property.
Starting from October 5, 2019, the procedure for considering declarations by the State Budgetary Institution “Center of state cadastral valuation” on the characteristics of a real estate object will change. At the same time, the site section regarding these changes will be updated.
In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ “On the State Cadastral Assessment”, pursuant to the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 15, 2019 No. 2202-r “On the State Cadastral Assessment of Industrial Lands and Other Special the appointment of the Republic of Tatarstan ”in 2020, the state cadastral valuation of industrial lands and other special purposes will be carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The rightholders of land plots within the industrial and other special purpose lands are entitled to submit declarations on the characteristics of the property to the state budgetary institution “Center for State Cadastral Valuation” by January 1, 2020.
