The state budgetary institution “Republican Property Treasury” held 104 auctions for 9 months of 2019
At the auction for the sale of property, fixed on the right of operational management or economic management for institutions and enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Budgetary Institution “Republican Property Treasury”, the following was sold: 5 real estate objects totaling 24 million rubles. and 112 vehicles totaling 19 million rubles. They also sold 5 land plots seized by force for a total of 321 thousand rubles.
According to the results of the auctions held for the right to conclude lease agreements, 4 leases of state property located in the treasury of the Republic of Tatarstan, 38 leases of state property secured by the right of operational management for institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as 9 leases of land plots located in the state property were concluded.
