The meeting of the Interdepartmental commission for work with state representatives in the management and control bodies of business companies and partnerships
11/12/2019 the regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on working with government representatives in the management and control bodies of business companies and partnerships was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan ubder the chairmanship of the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin,.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of Enterprises and Industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan, Svyazinvestneftekhim JSC, and Ak Bars Holding Company JSC.
As part of the Commission's work, the results of the activities of state representatives in 2018 were summed up and the tasks for 2019 were determined.
At the meeting, candidates and representatives of the state and independent directors were also considered and approved to appoint and nominate them to the management and control bodies of joint-stock companies whose shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and with respect to which special law applies (“golden share”), on annual general shareholders meetings in 2020. In total, it is planned to nominate 144 state representatives and 17 independent directors in 80 joint-stock companies.
