Evaluation issues were discussed during the internship of municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan
During the internship at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the heads and specialists of the Chambers of Land and Property of the republic got acquainted with innovations in the field of valuation, aspects of interaction with the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, and typical errors of appraisers. The specified information was made by the specialist of the evaluation department of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Zulfiya Kamalova and the executive director of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Bulgakov. Further, the expert of the Expert Advisory Council of the Union Rezida Betretdinova made a substantive presentation of practical recommendations on the examination of assessment reports. Systematic, structured information aroused genuine interest of the audience and a lively discussion on practical examples.
Considering the positive feedback and wishes of the participants, methodological recommendations on the examination were sent by the Executive Directorate of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan to the heads of the municipal property management bodies of the republic.
