Specialists of the State Budgetary Institution “Center of state cadastral valuation” took part in a meeting on improving methodological guidelines on state cadastral valuation

On November 12, 2019, a meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on the improvement of guidelines on state cadastral valuation was held at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The working group included the deputy head of the State Budgetary Institution “Center of state cadastral valuation” Renald Sabirzyanov and the head of the real estate market monitoring department - the chief technologist Vadim Zhuravlev.

    An interdepartmental working group was created to improve the system of state cadastral valuation and increase the objectivity of its results. The working group was led by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation - Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Victoria Valerievna Abramchenko.

    At the first meeting, issues were discussed about the format and mechanisms for organizing the improvement of the methodological support of the state cadastral valuation, the working procedure of the Interagency Working Group.
