Today the meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan to monitor the safety of state property transferred to the economic management of state unitary enterprises and the authorized capital of joint stock companies whose shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Diyarov.
The meeting examined the financial and economic activities of the following enterprises and joint-stock companies: Bazis-Terra JSC, State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan “Teploenergoseti”, State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan IC PromStroySecurity, JSC Projects of Tatarstan, JSC Export Corporation of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Zelenodolsk Design Bureau. The Commission considered the reasons for the loss-making activities of these enterprises and joint stock companies and made recommendations for improving the indicators of financial and economic activity.
Following the meeting, a decision was made to continue to monitor financial and economic activities of these enterprises and joint stock companies. If the situation worsens, the financial and economic activities of these organizations will be considered additionally.
