The President of Tatarstan proposed jointly to all responsible departments to pay attention to the issue of control over land plots, including agricultural land.
“The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic, together with the heads of municipal districts, should complete the analysis of undeveloped lands; and also to work out the issue of removing these lands from the borders of settlements with their return to the category of agricultural land, ”Rustam Minnikhanov said. “The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic needs to prepare and submit for consideration to the State Council a draft law on the establishment of minimum sizes of land plots formed from agricultural land.”
Rustam Minnikhanov also instructed the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to prepare a bill allowing citizens who do not have documents for land plots and residential buildings located on them to draw up a property right in a simplified manner, provided that these residential premises are the only housing, and registration of citizens at this address was carried out until 1991.
