Information for copyright holders on the correction of errors made in determining the cadastral value
In connection with the frequent cases of citizens ’appeals, State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” informs that the provision of services to correct the technical and (or) methodological error made in determining the cadastral value is carried out only for those objects whose cadastral value was determined by the State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment”.
State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” considers applications related to the correction of a technical and (or) methodological error made in determining the cadastral value only for land plots of the category of agricultural land. From January 2020, State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” will begin consideration of such requests for land plots of land of the water fund, forest fund, lands of specially protected territories and objects.
In the case of applications for all other real estate, the applicant will receive a standard refusal to consider the application on the basis of paragraph 1 of Art. 21 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "On State Cadastral Assessment".
