Minister Fanil Aghliullin spoke on the progress of registration of land plots on the territory of which burial sites are located
The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the progress of registration of land plots on whose territory the burial sites are located. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas.
In 2019, together with municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, an inventory was carried out during which about 3,700 cemeteries were identified, 4000 land plots are subject to registration. 67% (2698) of these are currently registered and it remains to complete the design of 1310 land plots. As the minister noted, mostly unformed cemeteries are located on agricultural land. It was also revealed that more than 80 land plots under the burial sites are located on the lands of the forest fund. The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan received documents on the transfer of 519 land plots. 240 of these are ready for transfer to another category od land, 279 require finalization of documents. In addition, for 423 more land plots it is necessary to complete cadastral work and carry out a category change.
Fanil Agliullin in his speech emphasized that despite all the difficulties a number of districts (Alekseevsky, Apastovsky, Arsky, Bavlinsky, Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Zainsky, Kukmorsky, Menzelinsky, Muslumovsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Spassky) completed or by the completion of registration of land under cemeteries.
