Meeting on the involvement of unused real estate
02/13/2020 the meeting chaired by First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev on the issue of involving unused real estate objects identified in the inventory in 2019 in the economic turnover was held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Institution “Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan”, State Public Institution “Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic Tatarstan, Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive Committee of Laishevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the discussion of this issue.
As a result of the meeting, it was recommended that the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, as a preventive measure to prevent the appearance of unused objects before starting planning for the construction of new real estate objects, conduct an analysis of unused objects suitable for use in other industries for possible overhaul or reconstruction .
