Today at 9 a.m. the educational seminar for Chiefs of Managements and Chambers of property and land relations on “Reforming of civil legislation, government participation and municipal organizations in investment projects” was opened in Grand Hotel Kazan. Chiefs of Managements and Chambers of property and land relations from 2 urban districts and 43 municipal districts were invited to attend the seminar.
The seminar was launched by Azat Hamaev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan. In his speech to participants he pointed out, that the seminar is coincided with forthcoming global changes in civil legislation that can be called economic constitution of the country. He spoke on presumable reformations in legislation of commercial and non-commercial organizations, contract relations, modernization of land law and other changes that could directly and substantially influence on work in land and property relations sphere. Minister thereafter appealed to be ready for oncoming changes, to understand clearly its meaning and to be able to foresee all the positive and possible negative consequences.
In order to cast a light upon the complex issue the lecturers of Kazan University were invited: Chelyshev Mihail Yuryevich, PhD, professor, head of civil and entrepreneurial law department in KFU, expert in law and juridical issues from Federal Council Committee of Federal Assembly RF, member of Scientific consultation council of the Federal Court of Arbitration in Volga (Privolzhsky) Federal District and the Supreme Court and Hamidullina Farida Ildarovna, associate professor of civil and entrepreneurial law department in KFU, PhD in juridical sciences, member of Scientific consultation council on civil law in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, arbiter on economic disputes settlement in Court of Arbitration in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The seminar is going to continue its work till December 7, 2012.
