Updating of the Register of state property of RT proceed to completion

       17.12.2012 under the chairmanship of Rustem Shameev, the Deputy Minister of the Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting on a question of updating of the Register of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

       Heads and the chief accountants of the organizations who haven't yet submitted registration documents were invited to meeting.

       Ministry of the Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan finishes annual updating of data of the Register of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work is performed in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers the Republic of Tatarstan of 20.03.2003 No. 150 "On the enactment of Regulation on the Register of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan".

       At the beginning of September Ministry sent the corresponding letters to the branch ministries and departments, to public authorities and the organizations which are directly subordinated to the Cabinet of Ministers the Republic of Tatarstan. The order and the schedule of submission of registration documents were defined. Specified information together with the approved methodical recommendations (the order from 04.09.2012 No. 2787-r) and the program for documents preparation were placed on an official site of Ministry - mzio.tatarstan.ru. On 17.12.2012 registration documents for updating of the Register of state property of RT from 910 organizations (98,4%) were accepted.

       Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev set a task to submit registration documents till 24.12.2012 for heads of the organizations.
