Digital passes for leaving home launched in the republic
The Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the team of the Center for Digital Transformation and Ak Bars Digital Technologies, developed and launched a service for obtaining digital passes for leaving home during the self-isolation regime. Tatarstan became the first region in the country to implement this system.
Since March 30, in the territory of Tatarstan in connection with the prevention of large-scale spread of coronavirus infection, a self-isolation regime was introduced for all residents of the republic. To comply with it and the convenience of citizens, a new service has been launched, where you can issue digital passes to exit the house.
To obtain a pass, you must register in the system. To do this, you need to send an SMS to the short number 2590 with personal data and consent to processing. Example message text: Registration # Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich # 9200123876 # Kazan Sportivnaya st. 33 # I agree to the processing of personal data.
In response, a unique code will come that identifies the resident's identity and place of residence. Registering in the system is recommended to all residents of the republic.
If a person needs to leave his place of residence for the period of self-isolation, he must send a message to number 2590 with the text “Purpose” and indicate the number of life situation:
1. court visit;
2. delivery of minors to (from) educational organizations;
3. Visit to a medical / veterinary organization;
4. participation in the funeral;
5. passport restoration;
6. departure to the country house (dacha) / return from the country house (dacha);
7. visiting credit organizations and post offices;
8. delivery of medicines, food and essentials, assistance to disabled relatives;
9. change of place of residence (stay).
In the response message will come a unique code with information about the period of its validity. At the same time, one resident of the republic will be able to receive no more than 2 passes per day with permission to leave his place of residence.
To apply for emergency medical care, going to the nearest grocery store, walking your pets and taking out the garbage, special permission is not required.
Residents of Tatarstan who are required to go to work during the regime of self-isolation do not need to apply for a pass. They will be able to leave their homes to get to the place of work and back if they have a certificate from the employer. Certificates for the movement of volunteers delivering food and medicine will be issued by the Ministry of Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan.
