Improvement projects for more than 1000 yards of Tatarstan have passed the stage of public discussions

20 May 2020, Wednesday

Plans of the Tatarstan households were published on the site dvor.tatar in the public domain in April and May. The most important principle of the Nash Dvor (Our Yard) program, which was identified by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, is to take into account the opinions of residents. Therefore, in conditions of a special epidemiological situation, a public discussion of remote improvement projects was organized.

Opinions and suggestions about the proposed yard improvement schemes were adopted through several channels - in the comments to the plan on the dvor.tatar program website and by calling the round-the-clock hotline 8 (800) 27-5-2020. In total, during the reception of comments, the Tatarstan people wrote more than 4 thousand messages to the site and called the program’s call center about 1,500 times.

All comments received from residents on the schemes were sent to the municipal districts that developed the initial projects. The task of the municipalities is to process all comments and adjust the layout of the yards in accordance with the mandatory set of work according to the program and taking into account the principles of the program.

The presidential program Nash Dvor involves a comprehensive improvement of the courtyards, which consists of a set of compulsory works: asphalting driveways, paving existing and creating new sidewalks, installing benches and urns, repairing outdoor lighting, installing children’s play complexes, and placing areas for municipal solid waste.
