The structure of officials for whom the procedures for notification of receipt of a gift, delivery, determination of the value of the gift and its sale (redemption) are established include:
persons who fill government posts of the Russian Federation, government posts of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal posts;
state and municipal employees;
employees of state extrabudgetary funds; employees of state corporations and companies, other organizations created on the basis of federal laws; employees of organizations replacing positions included in the lists established by regulatory acts of funds, organizations and regulatory legal acts of federal state bodies;
Bank of Russia employees.
The lists of posts referred to in paragraph 3, as a general rule, are lists of posts, when filling which employees are required to provide information on income, expenses, property and property obligations.
For persons who fill the positions of the highest official (head of the highest executive body of state power) of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, the procedure for notification of receipt of a gift, delivery, determination of the value of the gift and its sale (redemption) is established by order of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 29, 2015 No. 159-рп.
