Fanil Agliullin took part in the meeting of the Club of Investors of the Republic of Tatarstan
The next meeting of the Club of investors of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The event was held in an online format. The meeting was moderated by the head of the Agency for Investment Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina.
Among the main tasks, Rustam Minnikhanov called bringing the economy to stable growth. “We all see what is happening in the world today,” he said. - The landscape of the global economy is changing, fundamentally new markets for goods and services are being formed. In these conditions, you, investors, have a key role. ”
The President of Tatarstan noted that for state authorities, the priority is to create the widest possible opportunities for implementing business ideas and, in general, for entrepreneurial potential. During the meeting, representatives of investing companies, members of the Investors Club of the Republic of Tatarstan expressed their proposals regarding the further development of business in the territory of Tatarstan, the growth of production opportunities.
One of the proposals - to defer payment of property taxes and land tax, with a further breakdown of their payment in parts, was voiced by Liana Sirazetdinova, manager of the Mega shopping center. The situation regarding the payment of taxes was clarified by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin. Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 02, 2020 No. 409 approved a number of support measures for organizations and individual entrepreneurs working in areas of activity that were most affected by the spread of new coronavirus infection, including the procedure for granting tax deferrals and advance tax payments and insurance premiums to organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
On May 16, 2020, the circle of people covered by these support measures was expanded by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 699, according to which deferral of taxes, advance payments of taxes and insurance premiums can be obtained, including organizations or individual entrepreneurs who have granted deferral of rental fees under leases of commercial real estate.
Currently, at the regional level, the task is to determine the executive authority authorized to create a list of deferred payment of rent under lease contracts for commercial real estate and its referral to tax authorities. In this regard, a draft decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the definition of an authorized body was developed. Subsequently, an appropriate list will be formed and sent to the tax service.
