A training on the order of evacuation from the building in the event of a fire was held
Today, on June 19, 2020 at 15.30 a practical training on the procedure for evacuating employees in the event of a fire in an office building was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the training, a fire center was found on the third floor of the building and measures were taken to evacuate people in the building.
After the warning was given, the employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan organizedly left the building.
The evacuation took 4.5 minutes, which indicates the organization and good preparation of the team. During tactical exercises, all employees followed the rules and safety measures during the evacuation of multi-story buildings.
The collection of evacuated employees took place as part of the structural units behind the barrier, at a safe distance from the building, in compliance with the social distance (1.5 m).
During the exercises in the building, warning systems, alarms and emergency preparedness of the personnel were checked.
Practical training on evacuation for employees operating in the office building in the event of a fire or other emergency was also conducted in the subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and State Budget Institution “Material Support Department”.
The employees successfully worked out the actions when receiving a signal about a conditional emergency. The heads of the structural units worked out the necessary actions before and after the arrival of emergency services, as well as after the completion of the evacuation of employees of the entrusted structural units.
