The deadline for filing an application for financial security of preventive measures the Social insurance fund has been extended until October 1, 2020
Starting from August 4, 2020, enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan have an additional opportunity to reimburse, at the expense of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, the costs of a number of preventive measures to reduce the incidence of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 among their employees (purchase of masks, respirators, gloves, thermometers , antiseptics, etc.).
Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated June 23, 2020 No. 365Н "On Amendments to the Rules for Financial Provision of Preventive Measures to Reduce Occupational Injuries and Occupational Diseases of Employees and Sanatorium and Resort Treatment of Employees Working with Harmful and (or) Hazardous Industrial Factors, approved by the order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated December 10, 2012 No. 580Н «The list of preventive measures has been expanded, the costs of which the employer can reimburse at the expense of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation».
The updated list includes the following activities:
- purchase of personal protective equipment for respiratory organs, face shields, shoe covers, anti-plague suits, disposable gowns;
- purchase of disinfecting skin antiseptics for hand treatment
workers and dispensing devices for treating hands with the specified
antiseptics;
- purchase of devices and disinfectants for complex
handling vehicles, transport packaging materials,
equipment, products, office space, contact surfaces,
air recirculators;
- purchase of devices to control the body temperature of workers;
- laboratory examination of employees for COVID-19.
In 2020, in the context of the implementation of a set of restrictive and other measures to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the insured may apply with an application to the territorial body of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation at the place of its registration by October 01, 2020.
