Options for involving undeveloped land in circulation were discussed
The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fanil Agliullin, held a videoconference meeting on the development of land plots previously included in the boundaries of settlements.
Representatives of the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsky, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meetingt.
The Ministry carried out an analysis of the land plots previously included in the boundaries of settlements of suburban municipal districts. The analysis showed that today there is no infrastructure on a significant part of the lands included in the boundaries of settlements. Also, in most cases, these lands have not been developed for a long time.
In order to streamline the situation in these territories, the meeting discussed options for involving undeveloped land in circulation.
