The Fund continues work to establish the border of the republic
The delegations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Mari El met at one of the problematic sections of the adjacent border.
The section of the border of the Zelenodolsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan and the city of Volzhsk of the Republic of Mari El is densely populated and has many overlaps of cadastral plots in the unified state register of real estate. Today the adjacent border is crossed by the buildings of the population.
During the meeting, the parties, on the basis of considering the available cartographic materials and the current situation on the ground, developed a joint approach to resolving controversial issues. The main principle for solving problematic issues, first of all, is the interests of the population and maintaining the balance of areas of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
To date, the project of the border between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Mari El has been prepared and agreed by 90%.
Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Mari El, the Ministry of State Property of the Republic of Mari El, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic Mari El and the administration of the city district "City of Volzhsk".
