Minister Fanil Agliullin took part in a solemn event on the occasion of the Day of Workers in Agriculture and Processing Industry
On October 8, 2020, a solemn event dedicated to the Day of the Worker of Agriculture and Processing Industry, timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The event, which took place at the Kazan Expo exhibition center, was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Councilor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, representatives of ministries and departments, industry veterans, village workers and workers of agricultural organizations.
In his speech, the President of Tatarstan congratulated everyone on their professional holiday - the Day of Workers in Agriculture and Processing Industry. He recalled that today Tatarstan is one of the leading regions of the country for the production of agricultural products and is one of the five leaders in terms of gross agricultural production.
The President of Tatarstan noted that today the main task is to ensure that the life of the villagers meets the most modern standards. It is for this that the republic is implementing programs aimed at the integrated development of all municipalities.
As part of the celebration of the Day of the Worker in Agriculture and Processing Industry, the presentation of state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan for a significant contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the republic took place.
