The meeting on the taxation of land plots with the type of permitted use of individual housing construction was held
On October 9, 2020, the meeting on taxation of land plots with the type of permitted use of individual housing construction in the Laishevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan owned by legal entities and individuals was held at the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin.
The meeting was attended by employees of the land resources department of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Laishevsky municipal district and representatives of the Aleksandrovskoye, Bolshekabanskoye, Gabishevskoye, Peschano-Kovalinskoye, Orlovskoye rural settlements of the Laishevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From January 1, 2020, the Tax Code introduced a tax rate of 1.5% when taxing plots with the type of permitted use for individual housing construction used in business. Now the rate does not exceed 0.3% on average. Increased rates apply to individuals and organizations that have purchased land plots for subsequent sale in order to generate profit.
At a meeting with representatives of Laishevsky district, a list of land plots was analyzed for sending to the Tax Service for the application of an increased land tax rate.
