Information that in the implementation of a particular function of a state body, corruption risks arise (i.e. the function is corruptly dangerous) can be identified based on the results of consideration:
citizens' appeals containing information on corruption offenses, including appeals received via the "hot line", "electronic reception", etc .;
notifications of the representative of the employer (employer) about the facts of treatment in order to induce a civil servant, an employee of a state institution to commit corruption offenses;
reports in the media about corruption offenses or facts of non-compliance by officials with the requirements for official conduct;
materials submitted by law enforcement agencies, other state bodies, local authorities and their officials;
materials submitted by permanent governing bodies of political parties and registered in accordance with the law of other all-Russian public associations that are not political parties.
