Artur Galiev held a meeting on taxation of land plots for individual housing construction
On October 22, 2020, the meeting on taxation of land plots for individual housing construction owned by legal entities and individuals in the Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev.
The meeting was attended by employees of the land resources department of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Chamber of Property and Land of the Pestrechinsky municipal district I.R.Davletkhanov and representatives of Tat.Khodyashevskoye, Bogorodskoye, Shalinskoye, Shigaleevskoye, Konskoye, Koschakovskoye rural settlements of the Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
It was brought to the attention of the meeting participants that the Tax Code, from January 1, 2020, introduced a tax rate of 1.5% for the taxation of land plots with a type of permitted use for individual housing construction used in business. Now the rate does not exceed 0.3% on average. Increased rates apply to individuals and organizations that have purchased land plots for subsequent sale in order to generate profit.
At a meeting with representatives of the Pestrechinsky municipal district, a list of land plots was analyzed in order to send them to the Tax Service for the application of an increased land tax rate.
