5 cadastre engineers were deprived of their certificates

       On February 28, 2013, under the presidency of Sergey Demidov, First Deputy Minister, meeting of the qualification commission on certification on compliance to the qualification demands made to cadastre engineers, namely on consideration of questions concerning cancellation of qualification certificates of cadastre engineers took place in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       7 cadastral engineers, which boundary plans during 2012 include more than 10 decisions on refusal concerning the cadastral account service, that are connected the connected with rough violations of the Federal law 24.07.2007 No. 221-FZ "On the State Property Cadastre" for cadastral services and registration of boundary plans, were invited to meeting.

       In conclusion the commission decided to deprive the certificates of 5 cadastre engineers. The decision on two cadastre engineers is postponed until March 14, 2013, due to the necessity in detailed consideration of decisions on the refusal made according to the boundary plans prepared by engineers.
