113,1 million rubles came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the ground areas

       Today, 11.03.2013, the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the two first months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev,Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 113,1 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the first month of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 16,8 %.

       Due to received information the revenue came in from:

-      property rent – 5,4 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 8,8%;

-      land rent – 44,8 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 15,7%;

-      realization of property – 6,9 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 13,8%;

-      realization of land – 27,8 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to44,8%;

-      dividends – 7,11 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 6,1%. The dividends were announced by “Oboronprom”, JSC according to the results of 9 months 2012.

       21,04 mln. rubles came from other sources, including contracts of concession and trust management, This year 2,4 mln rubles were planned to come into the budget from above mentioned sources.
