Issues on the development of urban planning documentation were discussed
November 13, 2020 a videoconference meeting on the organization of the implementation of schedules for entering information on the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan into the Unified State Register of Real Estate was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov.
Within the framework of the meeting, reports were heard from Buinsky, Kukmorsky, Leninogorsky and Rybno-Slobodsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the total number of municipalities in these areas, on the number of approved master plans and Rules for land use and development, as well as on the amount of information entered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate of settlements and territorial zones.
In addition, issues about the current situation with the conclusion of agreements with investors and work with potential investors were considered.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
