The issue of the state of urban planning documentation was considered With the participation of municipalities
Acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov held a meeting on organizing the implementation of schedules for entering information about the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan into the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Representatives of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the videoconference mode. During the meeting, the head of the territorial planning department of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kandalintsev spoke about the methodological recommendations for the development of projects of general plans of settlements.
On the instructions of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Fund has developed recommendations to improve the efficiency of the development of urban planning documentation for the republic. This document explains in detail the requirements for the composition and content of draft general plans for settlements.
Also during the meeting, representatives of Tukayevsky, Spassky, Nizhnekamsky, Agryzsky, Drozhzhanovsky districts reported on the state of urban planning documentation. Tagir Khusnutdinov drew attention to the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of works on the development of master plans and rules for land use and development. The districts are encouraged to find out the reasons for non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the developers.
