Fanil Agliullin held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for Work with State Representatives in Management and Control Bodies of Business Companies and Partnerships
Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin in the mode of videoconferencing (on the Zoom platform) held a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for Work with State Representatives in the Management and Control Bodies of Business Societies and Partnerships.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of Enterprises and Industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan, Svyazinvestneftekhim JSC, Ak Bars Holding Company JSC.
As part of the Commission's work, the results of the activities of state representatives in 2020 were summed up and tasks for 2021 were identified.
The meeting also considered and approved the candidacies of representatives of the state and independent directors, for their appointment and nomination to the management and control bodies of joint-stock companies, whose shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and in respect of which a special right ("golden share") is valid, for annual general shareholder meetings in 2021. A total of 136 government representatives and 17 independent directors are planned to be nominated in 75 joint stock companies.
