Representatives of the executive committee of the Zainskiy, Aznakaevskiy, Aksubayevskiy and Alkeyevskiy districts reported on the state of the town-planning documentation at the meeting, which was chaired by the acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov. According to Askar Galeev, head of the project preparation department of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, the situation with setting the boundaries of territorial zones in the unified state register of real estate in Zainsky and Aznakaevsky districts is good. And in Aksubaevsky and Alkeevsky districts, work continues to find potential investors.
During the meeting, the head of the spatial data infrastructure department of the branch of the Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal service of state registration, cadastral and cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, Dmitry Malinin, answered the questions of the participants via video communication. The main issues were the interaction of municipal self-government bodies with the cadastral registration bodies, the timing and procedure for considering appeals and the technical features of the formation of the sent documents. According to him, checking and entering information about the boundaries of territorial zones and settlements into a United state register of real estate is carried out within 15 working days. The meeting was attended by specialists from the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch of the Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal service of state registration, cadastral and cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
