Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and "Mungis" LLC discussed the prospects for cooperation
The videoconference, with the General Director of Mungis LLC Alexei Kalgin on the topic: "Carrying out work to involve real estate objects in tax turnover on the basis of a concession agreement" was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of minister Fanil Agliullin.
The company was founded in 2015.
Mungis LLC specialists have completed more than 250 projects to include real estate objects in the property register for taxation in various municipalities of the Russian Federation.
As part of the work carried out, the company's employees identify and correct such typical violations as: inconsistency between the actual characteristics of objects and United state register of real estate data, unauthorized seizures of land, use of land for other purposes; real estate objects without registered rights, etc.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of further cooperation, implementation of a number of joint mutually beneficial projects, including investment ones.
